Here you can ease into a life-changing (and body-changing) fitness program individualized for YOU!  CrossFit is intimidating and scary, but our HTS Bootcamp gives you 6 weeks of coach-led workouts where you learn new movements, try various types of WODs, and meet others that are CrossFit beginners! At the end of the 6-week session, you will be prepared to seamlessly enter CrossFit classes.  We are so excited to get you started on your fitness journey!
