UNC-Flyleaf Event on Ancient Tragedy & Philosophy

Free and Public Event. RSVP Below!
UNC Classics and UNC Philosophy are hosting a two-session series at Flyleaf Books in Chapel Hill, led and facilitated by UNC Professor Al Duncan. Among other things, the series will cover the social and intellectual context of ancient tragedy and the practical ethics of Stoic philosophy. We are hopeful that this presents a unique opportunity for building a social and intellectual community around the ancient world, theatre, and philosophy.
The sessions will take place on February 20th (4:30 pm) and March 6th (4:30 pm), and attendees will receive a free copy of a curated edition of Seneca’s tragedies.
