If you’re a sucker for a sweet boy with a heartwarming story, Cheddar has been looking for you! This sweet kitten came in with a small ulcer on his left eye, and upon further examination, was also found to have congenital retinal disease. The ulcer is being treated, but the other issue will mean poor vision for him permanently, with no way to know if it will worsen over time. Despite his obstacles, Cheddar has a great attitude and a zest for life. He loves to cuddle and is all purrs with people and other animals! He needs to be an indoor-only cat due to his vision issues, and he would benefit from being adopted with a buddy or going to a home that already has another cat that can help him get around while he learns the layout. Come visit Cheddar today and fall in love!
The adoption fee for Cats & Kittens includes the following services: spaying/neutering, deworming, vaccinations and feline leukemia testing.
Thanks to our sponsors, new owners of each adopted featured pet will receive a $25 gift card to Piedmont Feed & Garden Center, a pet pillow from Sew Fine II and a complimentary exam at Park Veterinary Hospital (within three days of adoption date).
