Choosing to adopt a senior pet is a choice not many will make. It’s hard knowing your new pet may not have as many years with you as you’d like. But those that do adopt a pet during the later years of its life are true heroes, especially to the animals that get to live out their lives surrounded by the simple yet priceless feeling that a safe and a loving home brings. Honey is 19. And while there is no pretending that she will live forever, she’s definitely still going strong despite the odds. Honey needs a special home. She’s deaf and declawed, meaning she must be an indoor-only cat. However, her age has caused her to begin using the bathroom outside the litterbox, something a new owner will have to understand and be comfortable with. And while this lovely lady may need a home that’s hard to find, once she does find it, her new owner will never regret the decision. No matter whether Honey has a year or ten years left, she is sure to pack them full of the most wonderful snuggles, loudest purrs, and purest love one can find.
The adoption fee for Cats & Kittens includes the following services: spaying/neutering, deworming, vaccinations and feline leukemia testing.

Its mission is to meet the needs of residents by working with volunteers and other partners to deliver cost-effective and integrated services that ensure the health, safety and well-being of humans, pets, and the community as a whole.
