We had a great time at our latest business event at The Carolina Inn, “Getting Noticed in Noisy Times.” It was neat to get the local perspectives of both Dana McMahan of TOPO Brands and Allison Clapper of Maple View Farm Ice Cream on this pressing global issue. And the lunch provided by The Carolina Inn – complete with this scrumptious strawberry shortcake – was divine!
