Our chief operating officer Ellen Shannon enjoyed the Moroccan Chicken Lunch Special at Mediterranean Deli. She loves the fresh pita bread, how balanced Med Deli’s meals are – with lots of proteins and veggies – and the fact that there are always plenty of leftovers to enjoy later.

Sage Vegetarian Cafe

Our resident vegan, summer intern Melina Casados, loved these sweet treats at Sage Vegetarian Cafe in Timberlyne. Pictured on left: the banana chocolate cake with soy ice cream. And on right: the vegan cheesecake.
