On a recent trip to Hillsborough, we were mesmerized by Matthew’s Chocolates‘ nonpareils.
The best BLT is made with fried green tomatoes and made-in-house bacon, stuffed high with pimento cheese and paired with a side of The Pig‘s spicy green bean pickles.
Though Txotxfest was held in Durham and featured many Bull City businesses, Hillsborough (Bona Fide Sandwich Co.) and Pittsboro (Fair Game Beverage Co.) were represented!
