Vecino Brewing Co. Artist Reception
Vecino Brewing Co. welcomes Pittsboro-based artist, Lauren deSerres. Lauren creates multi-media artwork with imagery of nature. Prints will be available for sale. 

Yonder’s 2nd Anniversary Bash with the Staight 8’s
Celebrate the second anniversary of Yonder Southern Cocktails and Brew in Hillsborough with a performance by the Straight 8s. Expect “rockabilly” tunes and covers of songs from a variety of popular genres.

Grassroots Live! 
See Donna The Buffalo perform on The Meadow stage during the final two nights of GrassRoots Live! At Shakori Hills, an outdoor concert series. Donna The Buffalo is a roots band inspired by country, rock ‘n’ roll and Cajun music, who recently released their album Dance in the Street. Guests can reserve a pod to enjoy the show from. Tickets are required.


June Bloom Festival with Sunshine Lavender Farm 
Sunshine Lavender Farm presents the June Bloom Festival in Hurdle Mills. Join the farm owners for a tour to learn how lavender grows or spend time painting a barn quilt square for your garden or creating a glass blown hummingbird feeder. Stop by the Lavender Garden Markets to purchase handmade lavender items.

Katherine Whalen and Nick Taylor
The Orange County Historical Museum hosts an outdoor concert on the Old Orange County Courthouse lawn. This concert is part of the museum’s Friendship Drive, which supports the museum’s programming. See performances by jazz performer Katherine Whalen and singer songwriter Nick Taylor. Greenville-native Katherine, performed with the Chapel Hill jazz band, Squirrel Nut Zippers, before releasing her album, Katherine Whalen’s Jazz Squad. This album pays tribute to jazz icons Billie Holiday and Lena Horne. 


Certain Seas at Botanist & Barrel
Botanist & Barrel presents a performance by Certain Seas, as part of their monthly mini-residency music program. Pack a blanket or lawn chairs and head outside for a fun concert, a local food truck and a fresh farm stand. 

Sundays at Sundown Music Series: Retro Cats
Southern Village hosts a live outdoor concert on the Village Green. Sing along to country, folk and rock music performed by Retro Cats. Reservations are required.
