Every other week, Chapel Hill Magazine features an adoptable animal from Orange County Animal Services.

Cheeto is everybody’s best friend and he’ll prove it by reaching out to grab you when you try to stop petting him.
Meet Cheeto! He’s everybody’s best friend, and he’ll prove it by reaching out to grab you when you try to stop petting him. He’s the sweetest little boy, and he makes the cutest chirping and squeaking sounds when you talk to him. He really does enjoy a good conversation. Stop by Orange County Animal Services and meet him today!

The adoption fee for cats and kittens includes the following services: spaying/neutering, deworming, microchipping, vaccinations and feline leukemia testing.

Orange County Animal Services is responsible for animal sheltering and animal control activities within Orange County.  Its mission is to meet the needs of residents by working with volunteers and other partners to deliver cost-effective and integrated services that ensure the health, safety and well-being of humans, pets and the community as a whole.
