Adopt a Pet – Keelie

Every other week, Chapel Hill Magazine features an adoptable animal from Paws4Ever.

If you don’t believe in love at first sight, allow me to prove you wrong. My name is Keelie and I’m the sweetest girly you’ll ever meet! I’m a dainty little lass that would love nothing more than snuggling up on the couch with you and watching our favorite channel together – Animal Planet, duh! I favor humans more than my K-9 counterparts, but I would still do well in a home with another dog as long as they give me my space. I’m still figuring out what toys are and how to play with them, so that just means I’ll need a lot of different toys so I can pick my favorite kind! I’m a goofy little youngin’ and I promise to steal your heart. Come fall in love with me today!”

The adoption fee for dogs & puppies is $180 and includes: spay/neuter, microchip, deworming, vaccinations (to date), heartworm testing, basic life skills training classes, and follow-up support.

Paws4ever, located at 6311 Nicks Road in Mebane, is dedicated to creating and growing lifetime relationships between pets and people through adoption, training, education & care. The Paws4ever Adoption Center is open to the public Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 5:30pm. For more information, visit or call 919-241-8438 extension 103.
