Adoptable Pet of the Week: Cowboy

Every other week, Chapel Hill Magazine features an adoptable animal from Orange County Animal Services

Cowboy at OCAS

Cowboy is an 8-year-old pit bull terrier, who thinks he’s a tiny puppy. He loves to play and cuddle all day. This lovable guy is waiting for his forever home, and he might just be the perfect new bestie for you. As an added bonus for anyone who is ready to adopt, you can NAME YOUR PRICE for any adoptable pets at OCAS during February 2022 as part of its Valentine Adoption Special.

Orange County Animal Services is responsible for animal sheltering and animal control activities within Orange County. Its mission is to meet the needs of residents by working with volunteers and other partners to deliver cost-effective and integrated services that ensure the health, safety and well-being of humans, pets and the community as a whole. Find more information about available pets, adoption and meet-and-greets on this page: orangecountync.gov/287/Available-PetsCan’t adopt but still want to help?
