Hermes is a big bundle of fun energy and constant smiles! He’s hoping to be adopted by someone who can be his adventure buddy and help him use that energy in all the right ways. If you’re looking for a new best friend, you can take advantage of the Dog Adoption Special at Orange County Animal Services until Oct. 31. All adoptable dogs over 4 months old are only $25!
