Peccadillo’s Sherry Flip

While the kids make cookies, put one egg toward this treat by Timothy Neill of Peccadillo

2 oz. Fino sherry

1 tsp. fine sugar

1 egg

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 45 seconds. Add ice, shake an additional 10 to 15 seconds and strain into a wine glass.
