THURSDAY:
Watch as five female finalists vie for up to $10,000 in prizes at WE PITCH. This women entrepreneurs pitch at The Carolina Theatre of Durham was designed by women to support women. Hosted by The Central Carolina Women in Business, enjoy the party and presentations!
FRIDAY:
Support the live performance of local bluegrass artist, Tommy Edwards, at Roost Beer Garden this evening along with local beer and artisan wood-fired pizzas.
SATURDAY:
Bring the kiddos to Pride Month Storytime for readings from Alicia Stemper and Carrboro Mayor Lydia Lavelle beginning at 11am at the Carrboro Branch Library. A 30-minute make-and-take craft activity will follow.
SUNDAY:
Explore innovative Orange County farms and farming practices at the Summer Solstice Vanity Fair circa 1890 at Merry Hill. Local farm exhibitors will give a sneak peek into futuristic farming practices of 2020. There will also be Angora rabbits from Avillion Farm, bee education demonstrations from Bailey Bee Supply, opportunities to chat with Hoof Beat Farm on how they grow grains for local brewers, and dressed-up ponies from Walker Acres Farm.
